Data Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at iPeople Infosystems LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle, working closely with development teams to identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality before release. Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across various platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation scripts using tools like Selenium or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify software defects.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders within an Agile development environment.
• Analyze and interpret complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend functionality.
• Document, track, and manage software defects using bug tracking systems such as Jira.
• Develop and implement detailed test plans, test strategies, and test reports.
• Participate in requirements review meetings to ensure testability of new features and functionalities.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in using test automation frameworks and tools, specifically Selenium or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of SQL for database validation and data integrity checks.
• Experience with mobile application testing across different operating systems and devices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
