Data Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing, to identify software defects.
• Accurately identify, document, track, and prioritize bugs and issues using appropriate bug tracking systems, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and product quality.
• Validate fixes and ensure that quality standards are consistently met before product releases.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on product usability, testability, and quality implications.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in a Quality Analyst or Software Tester role, preferably within an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in using SQL for database testing and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
