Data Processing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Report Intake & Monitoring: Accurately receive, process, and continuously monitor sales reports to identify trends and ensure data integrity.
• Data Processing & Normalization: Execute comprehensive data processing tasks, including cleaning, structuring, and normalizing large datasets to maintain consistency and usability.
• Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on all processed data and generated reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and deliver timely and relevant information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all processed data in compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processing workflows and methodologies.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum a Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in data processing, data entry, or Management Information Systems (MIS) is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proven strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Typing Speed: Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40+ Words Per Minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to derive meaningful insights from raw data.
• Computer Proficiency: Strong overall computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software and tools relevant to data management.
• Work Setup: Must possess a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection suitable for uninterrupted remote work.
