Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end data delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, particularly within the banking sector.
• Architect, implement, and oversee comprehensive data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across various data assets.
• Drive initiatives for data quality improvement, establishing metrics, monitoring processes, and implementing remediation strategies to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain data lineage documentation, providing clear visibility into data origins, transformations, and usage throughout its lifecycle.
• Strategize and execute advanced data management practices, optimizing data storage, retrieval, and accessibility to support critical business operations and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and analytics professionals, to define data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in a similar data management or Data Delivery Manager role, with a strong background in the banking domain.
• Exceptional proficiency in SQL, capable of complex querying, data manipulation, and database management for large datasets.
• Extensive expertise in Data Governance principles and their practical application, including policy development, metadata management, and data stewardship.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Quality frameworks, including profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
• Solid understanding and experience with Data Lineage tools and methodologies, capable of mapping data flows and dependencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various Data Management strategies, tools, and best practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
