Data Analyst / MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems, directly impacting strategic decision-making within our sales division. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, playing a crucial role in our operational success and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all aspects of Sales MIS (Management Information System) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop and generate precise reports on sales performance, billing activities, and key business metrics.
• Oversee the accurate processing and management of billing data, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct thorough business performance analysis, extracting actionable insights to support strategic planning.
• Utilize advanced functions of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, for efficient data manipulation and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with sales teams to ensure seamless data coordination and robust information flow.
• Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy across all reports and databases, contributing to reliable business intelligence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data management and reporting role.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, including expert-level knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales MIS, billing processes, and comprehensive data management within a professional setting.
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, and data accuracy skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, crucial for effective interaction with sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a B2B sales industry preference is highly advantageous.
