Data Analyst / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards using Advanced Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for reporting and analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare detailed presentations and summaries of findings for management, highlighting trends, insights, and potential areas for improvement.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort, utilizing Excel macros and advanced formulas.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reports that meet their operational needs.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to special projects as required, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain proper documentation of all reports, data sources, and reporting procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or similar reporting role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for data summarization and visualization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
