Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform in-depth data collection, analysis, and interpretation from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain robust databases, records, and interactive dashboards, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business intelligence.
• Utilize advanced functions of MS Excel and other specialized reporting tools to manipulate, visualize, and present complex data sets effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to gather necessary data, validate information, and ensure the relevance and quality of all reports.
• Develop and implement efficient data management processes to streamline reporting workflows and enhance overall data quality.
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrable strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and potentially VBA for automation.
• Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Prior relevant experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data analysis and reporting role will be a significant advantage.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable reports.
