Data Analyst / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain management information systems and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel and business intelligence platforms.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, operational summaries, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Support operational teams by providing data-driven recommendations to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and resolve challenges.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases, performing regular audits and validations.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize reporting methodologies and introduce innovative approaches to data visualization and presentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new data management tools and technologies to streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-centric role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA for automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely.
