Data Analyst / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, collect, and maintain comprehensive sales data from various sources including CRM, POS, and other internal systems.
• Ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning, validation, and verification processes.
• Prepare and present insightful MIS reports, interactive dashboards, and compelling presentations for various stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, market performance, and operational metrics to identify key growth opportunities.
• Provide critical support for sales forecasting, budgeting, and overall business planning initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to provide strategic intelligence.
• Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, IT, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in an MIS, Data Analysis, or similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing data from CRM and POS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and database management concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data clearly.
