Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards for various departments, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business operations and strategic planning.
• Utilize advanced functions of Microsoft Excel to perform data manipulation, statistical analysis, and create sophisticated reports.
• Design and implement data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics clearly and effectively.
• Manage and query databases using SQL to extract necessary data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and databases, adhering to established data governance principles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar MIS role, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
• Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI, for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
