As a Data Analyst / IT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence and maintaining our technological infrastructure. You will be instrumental in analyzing various datasets, generating insightful reports, and creating intuitive dashboards that guide our strategic initiatives. Concurrently, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support, managing IT assets, and coordinating various IT-related activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using relevant tools for various stakeholders.
• Provide prompt and effective basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
• Coordinate IT operations, including procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage and track IT assets meticulously, maintaining an accurate inventory and overseeing the entire asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and IT needs, offering solutions and support.
• Assist in implementing data management best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and data analysis methodologies within ServiceCare.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven professional experience in a Data Analysis, IT Coordination, or a similar hybrid role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and prepare clear, concise, and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Solid understanding of basic IT support principles, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with IT operations, asset tracking, inventory management, and vendor coordination will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
