Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end cybersecurity projects, with a specific focus on AI-driven detection and response systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, AI engineers, and IT operations, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee the technical deployment of security solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate clear communication across all project participants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project completion.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies, ensuring efficient workflow and continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices, particularly concerning Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
• Drive innovation in AI-driven security operations, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging threats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the cybersecurity domain, ideally with a focus on detection and response.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cybersecurity Operations Centers (SOC) and associated processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies and their practical application.
• Solid experience in technical deployment and integration of complex security systems.
• Exposure to or direct experience with AI-driven security solutions and machine learning concepts in a cybersecurity context.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CySA+) are a significant plus.
