Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to support various litigation matters, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring all advice is accurate and up-to-date.
• Skillfully draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of legal documents, including intricate agreements, lease deeds, contracts, and corporate policies, safeguarding the company's interests.
• Prepare and dispatch official legal notices, ensuring they are precise, legally sound, and strategically effective in addressing disputes or formal communications.
• Actively manage and represent Viable Outsource Solution in legal disputes and litigation proceedings, advocating on behalf of the company with professionalism and strategic foresight.
• Provide invaluable legal counsel and guidance on matters pertaining to corporate governance, company law, statutory compliance, and general legal risk management to various departments.
• Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients, external counsel, and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and effective representation.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate legal perspectives into business operations and achieve strategic objectives.
• Stay abreast of changes in legal regulations and industry best practices, advising the management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution is essential.
• Possession of a valid Bar License from the relevant authority is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
• Demonstrable experience of 1 to 3 years as a Litigation Lawyer or Company Lawyer, showcasing a strong understanding of legal principles and practical application.
• Exceptional proficiency in legal drafting, meticulous legal research, and the precise preparation of legal notices.
• Proven track record in drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements, lease agreements, and other corporate documentation.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• A keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all legal endeavors.
