Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust AI solutions using Claude AI models and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications for AI applications.
• Integrate Claude AI capabilities into existing and new software products and platforms through API development.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AI systems to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, particularly concerning Claude AI.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for AI development within the organization.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 3-5 years for Developers or 10+ years for Architects, specifically with AI/ML development.
• Demonstrable experience working with Claude AI or other large language models (LLMs) and conversational AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning architectures.
• Experience with API design and development, particularly with REST API.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• For Architects: Demonstrated experience in designing and leading the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems.
