Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, update, and meticulously manage catalog data, ensuring strict adherence to predefined project guidelines and upholding the highest quality standards.
• Precisely verify and correct address and location details within the catalog database, enhancing overall data reliability and user experience.
• Conduct thorough data audits, identify inconsistencies, and implement effective corrective actions to resolve discrepancies and maintain pristine data integrity across all platforms.
• Generate comprehensive daily reports and trackers, providing clear, actionable insights into catalog management activities, progress, and key performance indicators.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed established quality and productivity targets for all catalog-related tasks, contributing to team success.
• Collaborate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and IT, to identify, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve complex data-related issues.
• Proactively identify and recommend areas for process improvement within existing catalog management workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Contribute actively to the continuous development and implementation of robust data quality standards and best practices specifically for the Catalog Specialist function.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant academic fields such as Business Administration (BBA, MBA), Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), or Sciences (B.Sc, M.Sc).
