Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and meticulous maintenance of high-performance CAD software components utilizing modern C++ standards and best practices.
• Implement and rigorously optimize complex geometric algorithms, data structures, and computational geometry techniques for advanced CAD applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and responsiveness of developed applications through comprehensive testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept generation and detailed design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze and effectively resolve intricate technical issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges within the CAD domain.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry advancements in C++ programming, CAD methodologies, and geometric modeling techniques to drive continuous innovation and technological adoption.
• Contribute to the overall system architecture and design discussions, providing valuable insights and expertise in C++ and CAD development.

Requirements

• Strong foundational and practical proficiency in C++ programming, including C++11/14/17 standards, with a solid grasp of object-oriented design (OOD) principles and design patterns.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), capable of applying them to solve complex computational problems efficiently.
• Proven experience in working with and developing for Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, understanding their internal architectures and data models.
• Robust theoretical knowledge and practical application skills in computational geometry, including topics like curve/surface modeling, Boolean operations, and spatial data structures.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a profound passion for high-quality product development and continuous improvement.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, in a collaborative development environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
