Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive international cold calling to identify and connect with potential B2B clients and generate new business leads.
• Proactively engage with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
• Strategically cross-sell complementary solutions to maximize client value and expand our market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes within the international business development function.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 6 months to 1+ year of proven experience in international sales, upselling, cross-selling, or business development processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer service best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to an international clientele.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
• Must be able to commute to our office in Sector 5, Kolkata for in-office work.
