Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Conduct thorough process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, ensuring alignment across all project participants.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, and quality assurance engineers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and system requirements.
• Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and verifying that developed solutions address the initial business requirements effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and related technologies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using various tools and methodologies for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Candidates who are immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
