Business Analyst

UnifyApps is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This pivotal role involves driving the success of our B2B products and services by meticulously gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal Senior Business Analyst will act as a crucial liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and QA, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and meticulously document complex business requirements from various stakeholders and partners, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Prepare comprehensive project artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user documentation.
• Design and create detailed process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and business process maps to illustrate system functionality and user interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Partner with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys, leveraging tools like Figma to visualize and refine user experiences.
• Actively support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO (Project Management Office) activities to maintain project control and visibility.
• Coordinate requirement discussions, manage change requests, and facilitate issue resolution to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that implemented solutions meet and exceed business expectations and quality standards.
• Monitor and track project deliverables, timelines, potential risks, and interdependencies, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator, specifically within application development environments.
• Recent 2+ years of dedicated experience working in a B2B Product or B2B Services company, demonstrating a strong understanding of the B2B landscape.
• Proven expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining BRD, SRS, FRD, and Use Case documentation.
• Mandatory proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile principles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, or Draw.io is highly preferred.
