Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive requirement gathering workshops with diverse business, governance, and domain stakeholders across R&D and Healthcare sectors, meticulously documenting all business needs.
• Serve as the pivotal liaison, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution between clients, development teams, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
• Craft detailed documentation, including precise business requirements, user stories, clear workflows, verifiable acceptance criteria, and robust traceability matrices, to guide technical development.
• Effectively manage product backlogs, lead sprint planning sessions, prioritize requirements strategically, and provide crucial clarifications throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of efficient onboarding workflows, robust governance processes, and sophisticated AI use cases that are driven by ontology-based business requirements.
• Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, secure critical business sign-offs, and manage change effectively to ensure successful project deployment and adoption.
• Accurately translate complex functional requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, ensuring efficient and precise solution development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 12 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fast-paced technology environments.
• Mandatory and demonstrable experience with Ontology concepts, including Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Models, Ontology Frameworks, and related technologies like RDF, OWL, or SPARQL.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Extensive experience operating as a crucial link between business units, development teams, testing, and external clients to drive project success.
• Hands-on expertise and a strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira for comprehensive backlog management, sprint planning, and overall project tracking.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Research & Development (R&D), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Digital Transformation projects will be considered a significant advantage.
