Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs and user requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, including Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and QA professionals, to ensure a shared understanding of project scope and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit, document, and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement and defining optimized workflows.
• Drive clarity and alignment across product, business, and technology teams, resolving ambiguities and ensuring all parties are working towards common goals.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of features.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows (BPMN), system diagrams (UML), and API documentation, to support development and testing efforts.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and proposed solutions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within enterprise technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms is highly preferred, understanding key functionalities and integrations.
• Strong expertise in comprehensive requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional design.
• Hands-on experience in writing detailed Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
• Proficiency in using tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the ability to work with and document API specifications.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud will be considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
