Business Analyst

As a pivotal Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between intricate business needs and robust technical solutions, ensuring successful and timely project outcomes that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to thoroughly understand business objectives and system functionalities.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis, mapping current states, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing optimized future-state processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and well-defined user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and project managers throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on project scope and deliverables.
• Act as a primary liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, clarifying requirements, and resolving potential conflicts or ambiguities.
• Participate actively in project planning, design, testing, and deployment phases, offering insights and ensuring that the final solution meets all specified business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and open communication to drive project success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience as a dedicated Business Analyst within dynamic Information Technology (IT) or software project environments is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirement elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, and prototyping, coupled with strong analytical skills for effective documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Profound understanding and practical application of business process analysis and modeling techniques, with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to simplify complex issues.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners or available to commence employment within a very short notice period.
• A strong preference will be given to candidates originally from Tamil Nadu who possess previous or current work experience in Bangalore.
