Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering, elicitation, and analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Develop and meticulously document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide development efforts.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows that clearly articulate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and optimize workflows.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and business goals.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and propose effective resolutions.
• Participate in testing activities and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven and exact experience as a Business Analyst within IT or software project environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering techniques, including workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, and crafting clear, actionable user stories.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in business process analysis and modeling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with various levels of personnel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to dissect problems and formulate solutions.
• Candidates must currently reside in Tamil Nadu and ideally possess prior or current work experience in Bangalore to ensure a smooth transition into our Bangalore-based operations.
• Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
