Business Analyst

Servosys is actively seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a Business Analyst at Servosys, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, contributing significantly to our project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like SQL and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and project scope.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather information, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among project teams and business users.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, test plans, and project reports.
• Support the Quality Assurance team during testing phases and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing business processes and systems, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a primary point of contact between business users and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within a fast-paced technology or service-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform thorough business process analysis, requirement gathering, and functional specification documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for understanding complex data and systems.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and potentially business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships and facilitating productive collaborations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
