Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Problem Solving: Actively collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to deeply understand business challenges and define key analytical questions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous, in-depth data analysis using a variety of tools and methodologies to identify critical trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively uncover new business opportunities, growth areas, and efficiency improvements through meticulous data exploration and predictive analysis.
• Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex data findings and statistical analyses into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations, supported by strong narratives and visualizations.
• Influence & Execution: Present findings and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring data insights are not just understood but are adopted and integrated into strategic and operational decisions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of analytical projects, from initial data gathering and hypothesis formulation through to model development, validation, and implementation, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build robust dashboards to track business health, identify anomalies, and provide continuous insights.

Requirements

• Educational Foundation: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business from a reputable Tier 1 / Tier 2 institution.
• Analytical Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in roles focused on Business Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Product Analytics, or comprehensive Business Analysis.
• SQL & Excel Mastery: Demonstrated strong hands-on expertise in SQL for efficient data querying and manipulation, along with advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data modeling and analysis.
• BI Tool Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing leading Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Python for Analysis (Plus): Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation is a significant advantage.
• Cognitive Abilities: Exhibit strong structured thinking, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and proven stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
