Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business needs related to Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity and traceability for development teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Perform in-depth analysis of current business processes and recommend improvements, leveraging Guidewire platform capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Participate in the design, configuration, and testing phases of Guidewire implementations, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, data dictionaries, and training materials.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on Guidewire best practices and industry standards.
• Support change management activities, including user training and communication, to ensure smooth adoption of new Guidewire solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with significant focus on Guidewire products (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).
• Demonstrated expertise in the property & casualty (P&C) insurance domain and Guidewire suite implementation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and use cases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must possess valid H1 or H4 visa status for employment in the United States.
