Business Analyst

Eliora Technologies is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a minimum of three years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst and are available for immediate joining in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs for IT/Software Projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Perform in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design optimized workflows that align with project goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, development teams, and project managers to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and a smooth implementation lifecycle.
• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
• Contribute significantly to solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring the final product meets all specified business objectives.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, propose practical solutions, and support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of precise experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in IT / Software Projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and comprehensive documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Strong command of business process analysis methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including clients, developers, and project managers.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Tamil Nadu and demonstrate previous or current work experience in Bangalore.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.
