Business Analyst

Dexian is seeking a sharp and proactive Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our team in Pune. As a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, your expertise in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of international system changes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple global teams and countries to gather requirements and secure critical confirmations for system migration.
• Oversee project timelines, track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage cross-country dependencies for the global system migration.
• Conduct comprehensive data and business analysis, including detailed requirement gathering, data mapping, and gap analysis to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, Excel trackers, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the migration process.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and alignment between business users and technology teams.
• Ensure the seamless migration of reporting systems from legacy platforms to new, advanced solutions across various international regions.
• Analyze complex reporting structures and data sources, providing insights to optimize business processes post-migration.
• Support change management initiatives, assisting global teams in adapting to new processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, with experience interfacing with diverse global teams and multiple countries.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including advanced skills in maintaining robust Excel trackers and building project plans.
• In-depth understanding of data analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, data mapping, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with various reporting systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and perform risk management.
