As a Biostatistician, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and interpreting clinical trials and research studies, directly influencing key decisions and outcomes in drug development and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical teams, data managers, and medical writers to provide statistical input on study design, protocol development, and case report forms.
• Develop and review statistical analysis plans (SAPs), ensuring robust methodologies for data interpretation.
• Perform complex statistical analyses of clinical trial data using industry-standard software, generating accurate and reliable results.
• Interpret statistical findings and contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative statistical methodologies and tools.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH), and company standard operating procedures.
• Provide expert statistical consultation and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated industry experience in statistical applications within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments, ranging from early-career Ph.D. holders to seasoned M.S. professionals with 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of various statistical methodologies, including but not limited to survival analysis, ANCOVA, mixed models, and non-parametric methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to non-statistical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced research setting.
