Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical development teams to design and execute statistical analysis plans for various studies, including clinical trials.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical methodologies to analyze complex biomedical data and address research questions.
• Interpret and present statistical results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including scientists, clinicians, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure the accuracy, validity, and appropriate interpretation of statistical analyses for regulatory submissions and publications.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of statistical programs, methodologies, and data reporting tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert in biostatistics, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external collaborators.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Statistics or Biostatistics from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable industry experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting.
• Proficiency in statistical software packages such as R, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of statistical principles applied to clinical research, including study design, sample size calculations, and data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex statistical concepts to non-statistical stakeholders.
