As a Bench Sales Recruiter at SoftStandard, you will play a pivotal role in connecting skilled IT consultants with leading clients and implementation partners across the United States. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of bench sales, from marketing consultants to negotiating rates and ensuring successful placements. This position is ideal for freshers who possess excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively market and place available bench consultants (IT professionals) to various clients and implementation partners within the US staffing ecosystem.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors, ensuring a robust network for potential placements.
• Efficiently submit consultant profiles to align with suitable client requirements and job openings.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and consultants, providing necessary follow-up to ensure smooth progression.
• Master negotiation strategies for rates and terms, striving for mutually beneficial agreements and successful consultant placements.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all submissions, interviews, and placement activities using internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and recruitment teams to meet and exceed placement targets and overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Freshers with a strong desire to learn and build a career in US Bench Sales are highly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are absolutely mandatory for effective client and consultant interactions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Willingness and commitment to work in a US night shift (typically 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) to align with client time zones.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
