Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their departmental needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
• Effectively manage interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer processes to ensure timely and efficient closures.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.
• Actively contribute to enhancing Channelplay's employer brand and candidate experience through various initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring, meet stringent recruitment targets, and achieve successful closures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and effectively manage candidate relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A self-starter mentality with a proactive and problem-solving approach to talent acquisition challenges.
