Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates for various roles within the automotive industry.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies for automotive hiring.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the automotive sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Prior recruitment experience specifically in the Automotive domain is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and candidate-handling skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
