Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to successful offer management, for a diverse range of technical and non-technical positions.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and internal databases, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience through prompt, professional, and empathetic communication.
• Support the broader Human Resources team with administrative tasks, data management, and participation in ad-hoc projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• A recent Graduate from any discipline, demonstrating strong academic performance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• A discernible passion for recruitment, the staffing industry, and a desire to build a career in Human Resources.
• Strong willingness to learn new processes, adapt to evolving industry trends, and grow professionally within a dynamic setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all recruitment activities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
