As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining critical backend services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using C#, Java, and Go.
• Implement and manage robust cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Azure, leveraging containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work extensively with both relational and NoSQL databases, including Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redis, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure the implementation of best practices in software engineering, including comprehensive automated testing.
• Actively participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, providing timely support and resolution for critical system issues.
• Utilize AI Coding Assistants such as Claude and GitHub Copilot, applying prompt engineering techniques to optimize development, testing, and debugging processes.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in backend software development.
• Proven expertise in C#/.NET, Java, and Go programming languages.
• Demonstrable experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with various database technologies, including relational databases (e.g., Aurora/SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Redis).
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices in software engineering and automated testing.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective remote collaboration.
• Availability and willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI Coding Assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) and practical application of prompt engineering for development, testing, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
