Azure Solutions Architect

HCLTech is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Azure Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions, driving cloud strategies, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud environments for our diverse client base. As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership to guide customers through complex cloud transformations, shaping the future of their digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate comprehensive Azure cloud strategies aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture workshops and engage proactively with customer stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Drive the successful migration of on-premise infrastructure and applications to the Azure cloud platform, utilizing Azure Migrate and ASR.
• Design and implement robust Azure environments with a strong focus on Governance, Networking, Security, Identity, Compute, Storage, Backup/DR, and Monitoring.
• Create high-level design (HLD) documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Azure DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and operational processes.
• Provide expert consulting, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept initiatives to support business growth and cloud adoption.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect, with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep expertise across core Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Governance, Networking, Security, Identity, Compute, Storage, Backup/DR, and Monitoring.
• Proficiency in utilizing Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for seamless cloud migrations and disaster recovery strategies.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps for automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Demonstrated ability to produce comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) documentation and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with a track record of successfully engaging with customer stakeholders and technical teams.
