AWS Kubernetes Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD for automated deployment and configuration management.
• Create, manage, and optimize Helm Charts for deploying complex applications across various environments.
• Drive automation initiatives across the Kubernetes platform, reducing manual toil and improving operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to define best practices for cloud-native application deployment and operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI Agents and Agentic AI Frameworks, into our platform solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for the evolution of our cloud platform.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles with a strong focus on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters, specifically AWS EKS.
• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Services, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
• Proficiency in GitOps methodologies and tools, with practical experience using ArgoCD for deployment automation.
• Strong background in developing and managing Helm Charts for application packaging and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and Agentic AI Frameworks, or a strong desire to learn and implement these technologies.
• Ability to join immediately or with a maximum notice period of 30 days.
