As an Automation Test Engineer at EPAM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript, Selenium, and modern CI/CD practices to design, develop, and implement robust automation frameworks and scripts. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts and frameworks primarily using JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver.
• Integrate automation tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and timely feedback.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and other QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality testing solutions.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test automation strategies, tools, and processes.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and provide detailed reports on test execution and product quality.
• Participate in code reviews for automation scripts to ensure best practices and maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer, with a strong focus on JavaScript-based testing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium WebDriver.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles and integrating automation tests within pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related testing libraries/frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
