Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

• Learn and apply best practices for system administration, including backup procedures, security protocols, and performance tuning.
• Participate in incident response, helping to diagnose and resolve technical issues under supervision.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (2025 or 2026 pass-out) with a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, or MSc degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and documentation.
