Associate Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• For Frontend Developers: Design, develop, and deploy clean, user-friendly, and production-ready interfaces using modern web technologies like Next.js, React, and TypeScript. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless API integrations and contributing to an exceptional user experience, always with product thinking at the forefront.
• For Backend Developers: Develop robust and scalable backend systems primarily with Python, utilizing frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI. Your work will involve deep dives into AI infrastructure, including integrating and leveraging advanced tools like LangGraph, LangChain, and various LLM integrations to build sophisticated AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reliable code that stands up to the demands of a high-growth AI product environment.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Solve complex technical challenges associated with building and scaling applied AI products.

Requirements

• Proven middle-level experience in software development, demonstrating a strong grasp of either modern frontend or robust backend engineering principles.
• A strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
• Comfortable and productive working within a fast-moving, agile startup environment.
• Demonstrated experience with our core tech stack, including Next.js, React, and TypeScript for frontend roles, or Python, Flask, and FastAPI for backend roles.
• A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant advantage, showcasing a desire to grow and contribute to AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with API integrations and designing production-ready software is essential for this Middle-level Software Engineer role.
