Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions across the full stack, focusing on either Java/Spring Boot or PHP/Laravel ecosystems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience and product functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure robust and performant applications.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared knowledge within the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of all deployed applications.
• Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of new projects, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS to build resilient and scalable infrastructure.
• Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed design to rigorous testing and seamless deployment.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, staying at the forefront of software engineering trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in backend development using either Java with Spring Boot or PHP with Laravel.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, particularly React, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, for deploying and managing applications and services.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture principles.
• Ability to write robust, scalable, and testable code, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, analytical approach to technical challenges and complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, thriving in an agile development setting and collaborating effectively with peers.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
