Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust software applications and features across various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, system architecture, and technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Engage in thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
• Contribute to the optimization of existing codebases and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity for various application modules.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance development processes and improve product offerings.
• Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, functional designs, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a 2025 pass-out candidate with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or an MCA from a recognized institution.
• Possess a consistently strong academic record, maintaining a minimum of 70% throughout all academic qualifications.
• Preference will be given to candidates graduating from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges and universities.
• Demonstrable strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following core programming languages: Java, .NET, or Python.
• Proven experience through real-time academic or personal projects, showcasing practical application of coding and problem-solving skills.
• Solid foundational understanding of database concepts (SQL, schema design) and exposure to cloud technologies.
• Exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
