Associate Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using C# and the .NET framework/Core.
• Implement and manage robust REST APIs and high-efficiency gRPC services for inter-service communication.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of backend systems.
• Develop and enhance Windows/Agent applications utilizing technologies like Windows API and WinForms.
• Ensure the security and reliability of applications by implementing best practices, including SSL/TLS and OpenSSL integration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define and deliver innovative features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Utilize and optimize database interactions, particularly with SQL (MSSQL), and potentially NHibernate for ORM.
• Explore and integrate AI tools for enhancing coding efficiency, debugging processes, and automated test generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience of 5 to 10+ years in C# and .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with building and consuming REST API and gRPC services.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL databases, particularly MSSQL.
• Familiarity with Windows API, WinForms, and TypeScript for various application development needs.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS and experience with tools like OpenSSL.
• Experience with Object-Relational Mappers (ORM) like NHibernate is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and apply problem-solving skills effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
