Key Responsibilities

• For Software Engineers and Java Developers: Lead or contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and operational support, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs, integrating with various services and platforms.
• Actively participate in architectural design discussions, making informed decisions that impact the system's future direction.
• Implement efficient and reusable code components, following best practices for software engineering, including clean code principles and unit testing.
• For Data Analysts: Design, develop, and maintain data collection systems and analytical models to support various business functions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, interpret data, and present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• For Software Engineer & Java Developer roles: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, or equivalent practical work experience.
• For Data Analyst roles: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.
• Proven programming proficiency in languages relevant to the role, such as Java (essential for Java Developer), Python, or JavaScript, alongside familiarity with modern development frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL or PostgreSQL, and a strong understanding of database design and querying.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively within a team.
