As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of this vital tool, transforming complex workflows into simple, efficient, and reliable automated systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure for a comprehensive WhatsApp-based document collection system.
• Integrate seamlessly with the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate automated communication and document submissions from parents.
• Implement advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and intelligent validation logic to accurately process and verify collected documents.
• Develop and deploy automated reminder systems and hygiene checks to ensure data integrity and timely document submissions.
• Ensure robust and secure integration with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for data updates and synchronization.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and scalable code following best development practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the developed system.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in backend software development, with a strong preference for expertise in Python.
• Demonstrable experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs for complex system integrations.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and managing data effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including deployment and management of applications.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of OCR technologies and document processing techniques is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
