Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and user experience.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains competitive.

Requirements

• For Freshers/Interns: A strong foundational understanding of computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms. Eagerness to learn and contribute to challenging projects.
• For Experienced Professionals: 2-7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in either front-end or back-end development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and REST API design.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
