Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and maintaining software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to learn and contribute to team quality assurance processes.
• Understand and analyze software requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), or Computer Science/Information Technology (B.Sc CS/IT) or an equivalent qualification.
• 0-1 year of professional experience in software development; freshers with strong foundational knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
• Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures.
• Familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
