Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET).
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers, product managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, programming paradigms, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and maintaining robust, scalable software.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
• Pass-out years: We welcome graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
• Experience: Candidates ranging from Fresher to 2 years of professional experience in software development are encouraged to apply.
• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) is a plus.
• An enthusiastic approach to problem-solving, with excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
• Candidates currently residing in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune will be given preference.
