Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on various US non-IT industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal sectors.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific information requirements and deliver tailored research insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, market dynamics, and research methodologies relevant to US markets.
• Assist in the development and refinement of research tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all research data and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar market research role.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using research databases, market intelligence tools, and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• In-depth knowledge and industry exposure to US non-IT sectors, particularly Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal.
• Ability to work effectively in both mid-shift and night-shift schedules to support US market operations.
