Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship on banking projects.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications within the banking domain.
• Oversee both manual and automation testing efforts, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and project management teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on the banking domain.
• Proven experience currently working on banking projects within an IT services or product company.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring QA teams.
• Strong proficiency in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing techniques and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and technologies, including SQL for database validation.
